Once users are in the IAP, they can simply click into the solution they need to access and complete the work at hand to support their patients.

For example, a biller in a hospital can check a patient's insurance coverage via Insurance Discovery to find all active primary, secondary, and tertiary payers. Then, the user can click right into Converged Provider Enablement to verify if the patient's health plan has identified any overdue screenings, required immunizations, or other gaps in care that need to be addressed. Additionally, if a user needs to view pharmacy prescriptions or referral histories, they can discover and learn about ScriptMed® Specialty right in the portal, making total patient care easier to achieve.

The Inovalon Application Portal also has self-service capabilities to help manage MFA settings, such as resetting passwords. This means that when a healthcare professional upgrades their phone, or needs to change their password, they have full control to do this on their own and at a time that works best for them.
