Assistant to the Town Manager appointed to the Town of Fort Myers Beach

The Town of Fort Myers Beach is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Traci Kohler as the new Assistant to the Town Manager, with a start date of November 12, 2024.

With over 30 years of leadership experience in education and a distinguished Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Florida, Dr. Kohler brings a wealth of expertise in project management, professional development, and organizational leadership to the Town's Administrative Team. She was most recently the principal of Fort Myers Beach Elementary. Her track record of building productive partnerships and fostering positive, inclusive environments is expected to greatly benefit the Town as it continues to grow and address future challenges.
