The Fargo Public Library invites kids of all ages to get a peek at Fargo-Moorhead Science Museum's collection of fossils when staff from the museum join us for an open house event on Tuesday, Oct. 29, between 4 and 6 p.m. at the downtown Main Library (101 4th St. N.). The event will take place in the Children's Room.

As part of the event, kids will be able to dig for real fossils, make their own fossil and experience other hands-on activities related to the science and history of fossils. Registration is not required for this free event. For more information, contact the Children's Services Department at 701.241.1495 or email [email protected].

Fargo Public Library events are free and open to the public. Adults must accompany children ages 9 and younger.
