The CHS energy equipment team has introduced a new and improved website to provide operators and retailers with a more robust and seamless customer experience as they search for the right equipment choices to meet their needs.
The updated website features a more detailed product catalog, connecting customers with hundreds of product solutions. An enhanced product filtering system allows users to tailor their search by application type, price range, availability, meter type and more. Designed with the user experience in mind, the site's new format and product categorization will also help customers find the products they're looking for faster and easier.
"Our previous website showcased just a fraction of the full range of products we offer and the vendors we partner with," says Kyle Busta, senior account manager for CHS energy equipment.
"The enhanced site will not only connect our customers with a much wider selection of products, but can also help them to find exactly what they're looking for and connect them with our team of experts in just a few clicks."
In addition to the site's streamlined design and more intuitive navigation system for searching product categories, customers now have easy access to CHS energy equipment resources, programs and newsletters and can connect directly with equipment experts for support with custom projects and answers to questions.
The site's new Pre-Owned Equipment page will help connect budget-conscious customers with others within the cooperative network selling gently used equipment. Pre-owned equipment listings include comprehensive product descriptions, photos, current condition and information to contact sellers directly.
"Our goal is to make every customer's search as easy and seamless as possible, whether that's for a single direct-ship item, a custom program build or a pre-owned find," says Busta. "We're excited to connect customers quickly and efficiently with the resources they need to keep their operations running."
