King of Prussia, PA - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that roadway construction is scheduled on Route 611 (Broad Street) in Philadelphia under a local safety improvement project.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
  • Monday, July 8, through Friday, August 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday southbound right turn lane closure is scheduled on Route 611 (Broad Street) between Pattison Avenue and League Island Boulevard.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
