Bynum touted her work on CHIPS, but it's becoming a disaster

Janelle Bynum claimed in her campaign that she boosted Oregon's semiconductor industry and created jobs, but it's becoming clear that is another Bynum lie.

Today, Bynum's ally Joe Biden passed over Oregon for a semiconductor research center.

It followed news more than 1,300 Oregon workers are losing their jobs - one of the largest layoffs in Oregon history.
