The system is available to residents in Sacramento, Yolo, and Placer counties, making it a valuable resource for anyone who lives, works, or frequently visits the area.

"Signing up for Sacramento Alert is a simple yet highly effective way to protect yourself and your family during emergencies," said Daniel Bowers, Sacramento's director of Emergency Management. "It only takes a few minutes to register but could make a critical difference in keeping your loved ones safe."
