• Every day in September, South Bend Medical Foundation (SBMF) will randomly select two blood donors for cash prizes!

Tips for Donating:

• Eat a healthy meal and drink plenty of water before donating.
• Bring a photo ID with you.
• Eating iron-rich foods a week before your donation can help prevent iron deficiency.
