Rostislav Goldstein appointed Acting Head of the Komi Republic

Following a resignation notice from the Head of the Komi Republic Vladimir Uyba on the early termination of his powers, the President resolved to accept the voluntary resignation of the Head of the Komi Republic Vladimir Uyba.

By the same Executive Order, Rostislav Goldstein was appointed Acting Head of the Komi Republic until an elected head of the Komi Republic takes office.
