Trustmark Tradition Continues

It's high-five time at Trustmark!

For the fifth consecutive year, Trustmark was selected as a winner of a Chicago Tribune Top Workplace award. Companies are chosen based on results of an anonymous survey that measures drivers of an engaged culture; the survey is issued to Chicago-area associates.

"This represents sustained excellence and is something all associates should be proud of," said Kevin Slawin, CEO. "We have continued to accelerate our pace of change to improve our competitive position and drive profitable growth, and, at the same time, our caring culture has continued to thrive. Our culture is a durable, competitive strength that is reflected each day in the way we treat our customers and one another."

Trustmark's highest-ranking survey areas were all well above benchmark, with the vast majority of associates indicating agreement with the following statements:

• Trustmark operates by strong values
• My manager cares about my concerns
• Trustmark cares about diversity and inclusion

Additionally, associates expressed strong confidence in the company's strategic direction and a high percentage of associates would recommend a career at Trustmark to others.

"This survey is the latest example the connection our associates have to Trustmark, our mission, and belief in our associate value proposition," said Kristin Zelkowitz, SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer. "We will continue to strive to make Trustmark an employer of choice, a place where associates can flourish in a caring culture and grow throughout their careers."
