Dallas City Council adopts ForwardDallas 2.0!!
After over three years of analysis, engagement, discussion and collaboration, on September 25, 2024 the Dallas City Council adopted the ForwardDallas 2.0 Comprehensive Land Use Plan.

Zoning Case Review
With the adoption of ForwardDallas, effective September 26, 2024 all new zoning cases submitted will be evaluated under the new guidelines. In the next few weeks, the Dallas Zoning Map will include a layer with the ForwardDallas 2.0 Placetypes for reference. More information to come.
