Hope Valley Barracks

At 5:45 PM, Troopers arrested Jason Ayer, age 55, of 505 Victory Highway, Unit #5, Exeter, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic - Simple Assault, 2.) Domestic - Refusal to Relinquish Telephone, and 3.) Obstruction. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to 550 Victory Highway in the Town of Exeter for a domestic disturbance. Ayer was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and released with a future Fourth District Court Date.

At 2:55 AM, Troopers arrested Samuel Flyntz, age 21, of 67 Bramble Lane, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Breath Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Exeter. Flyntz was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
