Asia’s Top Hospitals Leading Digital Health Transformation to be Recognized at HIMSS24 APAC

Seoul, Korea-The 2024 HIMSS APAC Health Conference & Exhibition, hosted October 1 - 4 in Seoul, Korea, will bring together a global community of visionary leaders and innovators committed to advancing digital health across Asia-Pacific and beyond.

Produced in partnership with Messe Esang, Korea's largest exhibition company, the HIMSS24 APAC Conference will be co-located and run in concurrence with the K-Hospital + Healthtech Fair 2024, hosted by the Korean Hospital Association at the COEX Convention & Exhibition Center in the Gangnam district.

The conference presents a unique opportunity for attendees to hear from world-renowned experts, network with leading healthcare executives and professionals, and learn about cutting-edge developments and technologies addressing critical healthcare issues such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, interoperability, and data analytics.

At HIMSS24 APAC, leading hospitals in Asia-Pacific will be recognized for their digital health advancements and achievements. HIMSS will announce the health systems in the APAC region that have set a benchmark in digital health maturity by achieving Stage 6 or 7 validation on the HIMSS maturity models.

HIMSS maturity models create a global benchmark and certification process for every part of a health system's digital health transformation, including analytics and AI readiness (AMAM), electronic medical records (EMRAM), infrastructure (INFRAM), and community care (C-COMM).

HIMSS will announce the highest-ranked health organizations on the HIMSS Digital Health Indicator. These systems have attained these milestones by spearheading digital health transformation in their health ecosystem.

In addition to the Stage 6 & 7 winners, HIMSS will also honor Taichung Veterans General Hospital and Samsung Medical Center for receiving the HIMSS Davies Award. Recipients of the HIMSS Davies Award demonstrate leadership by driving the reform of the global healthcare ecosystem through the power of information and technology.
