Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak held several meetings in Montreal with representatives from the U.S., Canada, France, the Vatican, and Switzerland.

In particular, the Head of the President's Office met with U.S. Under Secretary of State for Civilian Security, Democracy and Human Rights Uzra Zeya.

Andriy Yermak highlighted meetings he had on October 29 in Washington with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.

"We never tire of beginning with words of gratitude to the President of the United States, the White House Administration, the Department of State, both parties and chambers of Congress, and of course, the American people for their truly remarkable historical support from the very start of the full-scale invasion," he said.

The Head of the Office of the President spoke about the importance of implementing the Victory Plan. During the meeting, they specifically discussed further steps to implement the fourth point of the Peace Formula related to the release of all Ukrainian captives and deportees.

"Today, we are concluding our thematic conferences. Soon, we will be ready to present proposals to be considered at the second Peace Summit," said Andriy Yermak.

He also provided an update on the recent meeting between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and representatives of Ukrainian civil society, after which military and government officials received specific instructions from the President.

In a meeting with the Vatican's Secretary for Relations with States and International Organizations, Archbishop Paul Gallagher, Andriy Yermak expressed gratitude to Pope Francis for his prayers for peace in Ukraine and his calls for the return of Ukrainian captives.

Additionally, they discussed strengthening cooperation and the Vatican's role in the Peace Formula, particularly in supporting Cardinal Matteo Zuppi's mission to bring back abducted Ukrainian children and prisoners.

In a meeting with Gabriel Lüchinger, Head of the International Security Division at Switzerland's Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, the main topics were cooperation on the Peace Formula, Ukraine's recovery, and humanitarian support for Ukrainians.

Andriy Yermak expressed appreciation to Switzerland for organizing the first Peace Summit and for its participation in the thematic conferences.

During the meeting with France's Minister Delegate for European Affairs Benjamin Haddad, they discussed the Victory Plan, the implementation of the Peace Formula, and preparations for the second Peace Summit.

The Head of the Office of the President thanked France for successfully organizing a thematic conference on October 17 in Paris, which focused on the Peace Formula's point on radiation and nuclear safety. France co-leads the corresponding working group.

Andriy Yermak also acknowledged France's significant efforts, alongside Canada and other partners, to return Ukrainian children abducted and deported by Russia.
