Public Test of Election Equipment Postponed

The City of Madison's public test of voting equipment scheduled for Saturday, October 26 has been postponed. The public test will be rescheduled and the public will receive 48 hours of notice before the new public test date.

The legal notice of the public test was inadvertently published on October 25 rather than 48 hours in advance. In order to comply with state law, the Clerk's office is postponing the test. The next legal notice of the public test will be published in the Wisconsin State Journal and on the Clerk's Office website at least 48 hours in advance.
