Tennessee residents can get in-person service and advice about available assistance from state, federal and community organizations at a FEMA Disaster Recovery Center.
Recovery centers are staffed with FEMA personnel as well as representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration. All recovery centers are accessible to people with disabilities and others with access and functional needs. The centers provide accessible parking, ramps and restrooms and have assistive technology on hand. American Sign Language and remote video interpreting are available by request.

Recovery center staff are there to guide you through the application process. You can also connect with them for immediate needs and learn what kind of help is available for removing damaged debris, belongings and other materials from your property. SBA representatives can explain how to apply for their low-interest disaster loans for homeowners, renters, private nonprofit organizations and businesses of all sizes.
Disaster Recovery Centers are open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET Monday to Saturday; centers are closed Sundays.
