6 NYCRR Section 190.26 Hemlock-Canadice State Forest

Towns of Conesus, Livonia and Springfield in Livingston County and Towns of Richmond and Canadice in Ontario County

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) filed a Notice of Adoption for the amendment of section 190.26 of 6 NYCRR Part 190, pursuant to Environmental Conservation Law sections, 1-0101(1), 1-0101(3)(b), 3-0301(1), 3-0301(1)(b), 3-0301(2)(m), 3-0301(2)(v), 9-0105(1) and 9-0105(3)

The final rulemaking will protect public safety and natural resources on the Hemlock-Canadice State Forest while addressing public use and providing a quality outdoor experience for users.

The Notice of Adoption is available in the October 9, 2024 issue of the State Register.
