Cambrian Rally – Road Closures

To facilitate drivers of vehicles taking part in the staging of the Cambrian Rally, on 26th October 2024, Denbighshire County Council has made an Order facilitating temporary road closures clearways and temporary suspension of 20 mph speed restrictions on certain roads within Denbighshire listed in the Schedule whilst the rally is being staged.

It will not be possible to maintain pedestrian access for the public on the closed sections.

Cambrian Rally, 06:00 - 21:00 26th October 2024, temporary road closures and clearway road closures:

  1. The entire length of road known as Hiraethog Chapel to B5105 Saw Mill, Hiraethog.
  2. The entire length of road known as Pennant to Caer Weirglodd, Cyffylliog.
  3. The length of road known as Caer Weirglodd to Bontuchel which extends westwards from 'Pennant to Caer Weirglodd' to its junction with road opposite Ysgubor Isa to Cil Llwyn'.
  4. The entire length of road known as Maestyddyn Road and Spur Clawddnewydd.
  5. That length of road known as forestry track off Maestyddyn Road Clawddnewydd which extends westwards from its junction with 'Maestyddyn Road and spur' for a distance of approximately 820 metres.
  6. The entire length of road known as road from B4501 Brenig Road to Brenig North Shore car park, Nantglyn.
