Paul, Weiss advised Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, in the private placement of an aggregate principal amount of €750 million of 3.625% euro-denominated notes. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance the company's 4.375% euro-denominated notes initially issued in November 2023 in connection with Carrier's acquisition of the climate solutions business of Viessmann Group GmbH & Co. KG.
The offerings were lead-managed by J.P. Morgan, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and UniCredit.
