Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 10:00 p.m., Troopers arrested Antonio C. Bettencourt, age 29, of 175 Danielson Pike, Scituate, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance/Drugs/Toluene - First Offense (Blood Results Pending); and 2.) Failure to Stop in Accident Resulting in Damage to a Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 10 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, where he submitted to a blood draw. The subject was ultimately admitted to Our Lady of Fatima Hospital for suicidal ideations and was released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 12:08 a.m., Troopers arrested Sopiya Huot, age 40, of 901 Bernon Street, Apartment 238, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance
