ISA Soy Squad Selects Future Ag Leaders for 2024-25 Program

Ankeny, Iowa - The Iowa Soybean Association (ISA) is proud to announce the students selected to participate in the association's Soy Squad program for the 2024-2025 school year. The collegiate program focuses on increasing students' understanding of the soybean industry including research, demand, policy and more. The one-year experience will allow students to expand their professional network and foster continued leadership growth.
"Like many industries, agriculture will continue to face a number of challenges in the future," said Brent Swart, ISA president and soybean farmer from Spencer. "Investing in the next generation of ag leaders will help strengthen the future of our industry and ensure students have the opportunity to explore their interests."

ISA's Soy Squad will meet three times over the course of the 2024-2025 school year, where they will develop professional skills for future application in the classroom and in their careers. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend ISA's Farm Forward Conference, visit the Iowa Capitol and grow relationships within the industry.
