King of Prussia, PA - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that curb and sidewalk construction will begin next week on Frankford Avenue (U.S. 13) and Grant Avenue in Philadelphia under a local safety improvement project.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:

Monday, November 11, through Friday, January 31, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure is scheduled on northbound U.S. 13 (Frankford Avenue) between Grant Avenue and Carteret Drive.

Monday, November 11, through Friday, January 31, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure is scheduled on Grant Avenue between U.S. 13 (Frankford Avenue) and Torresdale Avenue.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
