Road Closure on S Himes Ave between W Kennedy Blvd and W Azeele St begins September 24 for Utility Repair

Starting at 9am on September 24, Wastewater Department crews will close S Himes Ave between W Kennedy Blvd and W Azeele Stto repair a wastewater mainline pipe. Detour signage and traffic control devices will be in place directing motorists around the closed road section.

This repair and restoration of the work area are scheduled to be completed no later than close of business on Friday, September 27. Normal traffic patterns will then resume.
