STATE CDBG PROGRAM SURVEY OPPORTUNITY

The California Department of Housing and Community Development's (HCD) Division of Federal Financial Assistance is creating a new five-year Federal Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) for Fiscal Years 2025-2029 and has developed surveys to receive feedback on California's housing, homelessness, and community development challenges, barriers, and needs.
