Registration opens for CAA’s Year in Review Webinar Series

The California Apartment Association has opened registration for the first two segments of its highly anticipated Year-in-Review Webinar Series, designed to equip rental housing providers with vital updates and insights as they prepare for 2025.

This comprehensive series, free for CAA members, focuses on legislative, political, and compliance developments that have shaped the rental housing industry over the past year.

Part 1: 2024 Year-End Legislative Report - Dec. 4 at 10 a.m.

In this first segment, CAA experts will provide an overview of the new laws enacted by the California Legislature in 2024 and discuss bills successfully opposed by the association. Attendees will gain insights into the political environment within the Legislature, a review of key statewide propositions from the November 2024 ballot, and a look ahead at anticipated legislation for 2025. The session will also cover critical legal cases that influenced the rental housing industry this year.
