  • H.R. 7100 - Prioritizing Veterans' Survivors Act
  • H.R. 4424 - Vietnam Veterans Liver Fluke Cancer Study Act
  • H.R. 7816 - Clear Communication for Veterans Claims Act
  • H.R. 7342 - Veterans Accessibility Advisory Committee Act of 2024
  • H.R. 5464 - To name the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Guntersville, Alabama, as the "Colonel Ola Lee Mize Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic"
  • H.R. 4190 - Restoring Benefits to Defrauded Veterans Act
  • H.R. 2911 - Fairness for Servicemembers and their Families Act of 2024
  • H.R. 1432 - VETT (VSO Equal Tax Treatment) Act.
HVAC Vice Chairman Amata said, "I am pleased that the House came together in looking out for our Veterans with this additional funding to make sure that key VA services do not lapse," said Vice Chairman Aumua Amata. "I'm also happy to let Veterans know about House passage of this group of bills, as each one takes on a specific Veterans' issue that was examined by the Committee and communicated to us by Veterans. Each year, we hear testimony directly from Veterans Service Organizations, as well as roundtables with veterans and hearings with expert witnesses, including many veterans." ###
