On October 17, 2024, State Police of Princetown, with the assistance of the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit, the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, arrested Tucker J. Cherry, 19, of Niskayuna, NY, for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class "E" felony.

Cherry is accused of possessing images consistent with child sexual exploitation while in Glenville, NY. The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Cherry was arrested and processed at SP Princetown. He was then issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Glenville Town Court on November 21, 2024, and released.
