REQUEST: Modification of Conditional Use Permit (DAP-000-498) and Architectural & Site Plan Review to allow for the legalization of two (2) existing 20,000 gallon above ground diesel fuel tanks and a 4,575 square foot covered storage/loading dock area for an existing fuel distribution facility on lot measuring approximately 40,040 square feet and Zoned M-1 (Light Industrial).

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Categorical Exemption. Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 Class 1 - Existing Facilities. This section pertains to the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, and mechanical equipment involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION. Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve the requested Modification to Conditional Use Permit, subject to conditions, through the adoption of the draft Resolution No. R-14-24 titled:

RESOLUTION NO.
