Competing among 6,500 entries from leading global brands and agencies, Compass stood out with its innovative campaigns and designs.

The Compass Retreat 2023 design defined a scalable, long-term design system tailored to Compass' annual company retreat. This system balanced the mission of fostering connections and inspiring bold ideas with a dynamic design adaptable to the event's location.
