The Registrant is unable to file its Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2024 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because additional time is needed to finalize the financial statements to be included in such report. The Registrant anticipates that it will file its Form 10-Q within the five-day grace period provided by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

The following changes are anticipated to the Company's results of operations for the three months ended September 30, 2024 as compared to the corresponding period for the last fiscal year:

●	Revenue: Increased from $0 as of September 30, 2023, to $406,859 as of September 30, 2024.

●	Cost of revenue: Increased from $0 as of September 30, 2023, to $301,445 as of September 30, 2024.

●	Selling, general and administrative expense: Decreased from $4,268,845 as of September 30, 2023, to $2,641,916 as of September 30, 2024.

●	Net loss: Decreased from $5,346,908 as of September 30, 2023, to $3,827,405 as of September 30, 2024.

The amounts reported above are still under review by the Registrant's independent registered public accounting firm and accounting staff and may differ once reported in the Form 10-Q to be filed by the Registrant.
