WHY:
On October 27, 2024, around 9:55 p.m., a vehicle struck and killed 42-year-old, Oscar Guardado, who was riding his bike on Normandie Avenue, near the intersection of 23rd Street. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim in violation of the law.

After exhaustive canvassing for the suspect's vehicle, South Traffic Division detectives request the public's help in identifying the suspect's vehicle.
