Horizon Bank Welcomes April Ratcliff as Senior Personal Trust Officer

Michigan City, Indiana - Kathy Snyder, Vice President, Investment Sales and Compliance Manager, is pleased to announce April Ratcliff as Senior Personal Trust Officer.

In her role, Ratcliff will help manage financial plans and investments for people, businesses, and local governments in Lake County, Indiana. She will also offer expert support with trusts, estates, and probate matters while working closely with clients, including business owners and organizations, to provide wealth management services.

Ratcliff brings eight years of experience in private legal practice and before joining Horizon, she served as an Associate Attorney in Tinley Park, IL. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University, where she also earned specialized certifications in Health Law & Policy as well as Labor & Employment Relations.

She is actively involved in her community, contributing to the Illinois State Bar Association, and New Faith Baptist Church's Kingdom Financial Stewardship Ministry and choir.
