Apply for the California Community Schools Partnership Program: Final Cohort 4 Implementation Grant

Applications must be submitted to the California Department of Education by Friday, Feb. 7, 2025.

The California Department of Education (CDE) is now accepting applications from eligible local educational entities for the 2025-30 California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) Cohort 4 Implementation Grant. Cohort 4 will be the final cohort for CCSPP Implementation Grants.

The CCSPP Implementation Grants offer a remarkable opportunity for qualifying schools to secure funding for up to five years, with a potential allocation of up to $500,000 per school site. Funds can be used to support the establishment of new community schools and/or the expansion or continuation of existing community schools.

Key details about the grant application process are as follows:

Grant Duration: Up to 5 years (beginning June 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030)

Annual Funding: Up to $500,000 per school site

Application Deadline: Friday, Feb. 7, 2025

According to California Education Code section 8902(j)(3), the CDE will prioritize awarding implementation grants to planning grantees.

Grant Information Sessions for Prospective Greater Los Angeles Grantees

The Greater Los Angeles Regional Transformational Assistance Center (R-TAC) will host two virtual grant information sessions for prospective Cohort 4 grantees. These sessions will review grant and application requirements and provide valuable tips for completing the application.

Sessions will be held via Zoom on Monday, Dec. 9, from 2 to 3 p.m. and Monday, Jan. 13, from 9 to 10 a.m. For additional information, please refer to the event flyer.
