Aggravated Assault – Investigation: C24-236994

On October 10, 2024, at approximately 9:30 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service was alerted by hospital staff that an adult male had attended to emergency suffering from gunshot wounds.
Central District General Patrol officers attended to the hospital and entered into an investigation which confirmed the victim had sustained upper body injuries related to a firearm incident at a residence in the 700 block of Flora Avenue. He remains in stable condition.
The Major Crimes Unit has assumed and is continuing with the investigation. No arrests have been made.
