On November 15, 2024, the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS) issued a letterregarding the Annual Availability Survey, which includes the Annual Free Trade Zone Report and Special Homeowners Insurance Supplement.

The letter provides details for each worksheet that is due, including who must submit responses. The responses must be submitted through the DFS portal application no later than December 31, 2024. Instructions for how to submit responses through the portal are provided in the survey.
