NEW 4-way Vehicular Stop Installed at Intersection of Metcalf Drive and Mary Street

Public Notice: A new 4-way stop at the intersection of Metcalf Drive and Mary Street in the City of Auburn will begin on Saturday, October 12, 2024.

As part of the installation of a new student drop off area at Seward Elementary School this intersection has been upgraded with new accessible sidewalks, pedestrian crossings and a 4-way vehicular stop signs. The intersection is within the school driving zone for Seward Elementary. Please remember to use caution and slow to 20 MPH when driving within school zones.

The new student drop-off area is anticipated to be completed later in the month of October.
