TNT Sports to Exclusively Televise 30+ Men’s & Women’s College Basketball Games During Thanksgiving Week (Nov. 26-30) Across TNT, TBS, truTV & Max
TNT Sports' networks and platforms will combine to exclusively televise more than 30 men's and women's college basketball games during Thanksgiving Week's marquee Acrisure Series and the Players Era Festival events spanning Tuesday, Nov. 26 through Saturday Nov. 30.
TNT, TBS, and truTV - with all games streaming live on Max's B/R Sports Add-On - will have wall-to-wall coverage throughout the week, featuring a veteran collection of game and studio commentators.
Players Era Festival coverage will tip off on Tuesday, Nov. 26 with pregame coverage at 1:30 p.m. ET, featuring host Adam Lefkoe, alongside analysts Josh Pastner, Greg Anthony and Seth Davis. Game call coverage throughout event week from Las Vegas, NV will include the teams of JB Long (pxp), Candace Parker (analyst) and Lauren Jbara (reporter), as well as Brian Anderson (pxp), Grant Hill (analyst), and Allie LaForce (reporter).
Each day of the Acrisure Series (Tuesday, Nov. 26 through Friday, Nov. 29) from Palm Springs, CA will tip off with pregame coverage 30 minutes before the first scheduled game on truTV and Max. Studio coverage throughout the week will be hosted by Chris Miles and Nabil Karim, alongside analysis from Randolph Childress, Tony Delk, Aja Ellison, Brendan Haywood, Renee Montgomery, and Jonathan Wasserman. All games will be called by two game crews: Cindy Brunson (pxp), Christy Winters-Scott (analyst) and Autumn Johnson (reporter); and Chris Sylvester (pxp), Steve Smith (analyst) and Nkwa Asonye (reporter).
Several notable matchups during TNT Sports' week of college basketball coverage will include:
- The #3 USC women's basketball team, led by last season unanimous first-team All-American JuJu Watkins, will be in action twice: vs. Seton Hall (Wednesday, Nov. 27 at 7 p.m. on truTV and Max), and vs. St. Louis (Friday, Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. on truTV and Max);
- #8 Alabama - hoping to build off of their first ever Men's Final Four appearance earlier this year - will face off against #7 Houston, in an early season matchup of top 10 teams (Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 8 p.m. on TBS and Max);
- # 14 Creighton, led by men's college basketball's top-five scorer this season Ryan Kalkbrenner, will match up against #23 Texas A&M (Wednesday, Nov. 27 at 6:30 p.m. on Max);
- Placement games for the Players Era Festival on Saturday, Nov. 30, with #7 Houston, #8 Alabama, #14 Creighton, #23 Texas A&M, #24 Rutgers as well as San Diego State, Oregon and Notre Dame vying for the event's inaugural title (TNT, truTV and Max)
