Route 119 Memorial Bridge Cleaning Tuesday Night in Fayette County

Uniontown, PA - Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing scheduled overnight single-lane restrictions on Route 119 Memorial Bridge over the Youghiogheny River in the City of Connellsville, Fayette County, from Tuesday, October 29, 9:00 PM, to Wednesday, October 30, 6:00 AM.

Crews from Green Acres Contracting will perform bridge-bearing tooth dam and drainage, flushing, and cleaning as part of a districtwide maintenance contract for 82 bridges throughout Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland counties - an infrastructure preservation investment of $486K.

All work depends on weather and operations.
