NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat the Eagle Point City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 17 Buchanan Avenue South, Eagle Point, Oregon and via Zoom to consider an amendment to the regulations pertaining to public contracting, Section 3.08 of the Eagle Point Municipal Code (Title 3 Revenue and Finance, Chapter 3.08 Public Contracting Regulations) and to receive public comment.
