While utility companies continue restoring power as quickly as possible, outages continue to affect residents in Volusia County following the impact of Hurricane Milton. As of 2 p.m. today, Oct. 12, the number of outages reported by each utility provider is:

• Duke Energy:25,000 customers
• Florida Power & Light:49,710 customers
• NSB Utilities Commission:5,899 customers
