2024 Federal Bankruptcy Rules and Forms Amendments

Effective December 1, 2024, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure will be amended to incorporate the restyled rules, amendments to Rules 1007, 4004, 5009, 7001, and 9006, and new Rule 8023.1. Additionally, Official Form 423 will be retired.
