It's that time of year again, Incarnate Word family! The University of the Incarnate Word will usher in the holiday season with the 38th Annual Light the Way Holiday Festival from 3-9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23 on the UIW Broadway campus. This year, the University celebrates a major milestone with H-E-B, as the organization marks its 20th year of generously sponsoring the Light the Way Holiday Festival!
Come enjoy a variety of activities and holiday festivities including live music, food trucks, local vendors at the shoppers' marketplace, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus and of course, a million twinkling lights that will illuminate campus. Parking Directions
Limited on-campus parking is available at:
Handicap parking will be available on the Broadway campus and can be accessed by using the US-281 North access road entrance.
If you plan to park in the Alamo Heights and Terrell Hills neighborhoods, guests are advised to pay close attention to parking-related signage in the surrounding areas. Parking infractions can be met with fines, tickets and towing. Please refrain from parking your vehicle at surrounding businesses or your vehicle may be towed.
Don't want to worry about parking? Ride share options are highly encouraged! The Founders Hall campus (4119 Broadway) is this year's designated ride share drop off location. Police personnel will be on site to ensure a safe crossing across Hildebrand. Find full information on parking and directions.
