UPDATE: Troopers searching for 31 year old male in Hannibal

UPDATE: New York State Police have located Russell T. Wade safe, in good health, and his family has been advised.

The New York State Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating Russell T. Wade, age 31, from Red Creek, NY.

He was reported as a missing vulnerable adult early this evening by his family members. He was last seen in the vicinity of Tops, located at 409 Fulton Street, in the village of Hannibal.

Troopers will be in the area of Oswego County searching for him.

Mr. Wade is described as 6 foot 2 inches tall, approximately 190 pounds, with dark curly hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a sweatshirt, dark pants, and dark gray velcro shoes.
