Kimball International Receives 2024 Governor’s Workplace Safety Award

Kimball International is honored to receive the 2024 Governor's Workplace Safety Award (GWSA) from the Indiana Department of Labor, Indiana Chamber of Commerce, and the Central Indiana Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals.

The annual GWSA ceremony recognizes companies who prioritize eliminating workplace injuries and illnesses through improved health and safety processes. Kimball International received an award in the "Education & Outreach" category, signifying excellence in the development and sharing of safety practices throughout the organization. The award was presented during the 2024 Indiana Safety and Health Conference & Expo in Indianapolis.

Paired with the recent announcement of achieving our safest year in company history in 2023, this award solidifies our continued commitment to the health and safety of our employees.
