Employee Benefits Fairs Scheduled for Oct. 15, 16

The Department of Human Resources and UToledo Health will host employee benefits fairs next week on both University of Toledo campuses.

On Main Campus, the benefits fair will be Tuesday, Oct. 15, at the Student Rec Center. On Health Science Campus, the benefits fair will be Wednesday, Oct. 16, at the Morse Center. Both events are scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

More than a dozen vendors, including those representing healthcare plans, retirement plans and Social Security, will be available to answer questions.

UToledo Health Outpatient Pharmacies also will be offering employee flu vaccines and free preventative health screenings. The screenings include blood pressure, bone density, cholesterol, glucose and hemoglobin A1c.

Human Resources is available to assist with questions during the Open Enrollment process and can be contacted Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. by emailing [email protected] or calling 419-530-4747 and selecting option 4.

One-on-one virtual consultations with benefits specialists also are available Monday through Friday, through Oct. 31. To schedule a virtual consultation or to find more information about 2025 benefits, visit the Open Enrollment website.

The deadline for employees to make their 2025 benefits selections is Thursday, Oct. 31.
