President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone conversation with President of Finland Alexander Stubb.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Finland for its unwavering support of Ukraine and the Peace Formula, as well as for all the concrete steps it has taken to implement it. In particular, he praised the effective organization of the thematic conference on environmental security in Helsinki.

Additionally, the President of Ukraine expressed gratitude to Alexander Stubb for his active role in promoting peace based on the principles of the UN Charter while communicating with the countries of the Global South.

The main topics of the conversation were international efforts needed to restore a just peace for Ukraine, continued defense cooperation and the battlefield situation.

The leaders discussed the threats to regional and global security posed by North Korea's involvement in Russia's war against Ukraine.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy outlined current defense needs in enhancing air defense and supplying additional anti-aircraft equipment.
