UPDATE-Traffic Control & Road Closure for Investigative Work at Bridge 1 on Suey Creek Rd.

Earth Systems, a consultant for the County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works, will perform geotechnical investigations adjacent to the bridge on Suey Creek Road approximately 1.5 miles north of the intersection with Highway 166 for geotechnical investigation on Wednesday, September 25 and Thursday, September 26, 2024.
The updated road closure information is as follows:
On Wednesday, September 25, 2024, the road will be closed to all traffic between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at the bridge site. Flaggers will run one-way traffic controls before and after the closure until 5:00 p.m.
- 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. flaggers will run one-way traffic controls
- 10:00am to 2:00 pm the road will be closed to all traffic
- 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. flaggers will run one-way traffic controls
Thursday, September 26, with anticipated delays of 15 minutes or less. Please refer to the map for location.
The bridge will be open outside of the 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. working hours.
