Amundi Energy Transition and Demeter Participate in ZE Energy Fundraising
Version Française : Orrick conseillé Amundi Transition Energétique et Demeter dans le cadre de leur participation à la levée de fonds de Ze Energy
Orrick has advised the Core+ infrastructure funds managed by Amundi Energy Transition and the Climate Infrastructure Fund managed by Demeter on their participation in a €54 million fundraising round for ZE Energy, an independent renewable energy producer with storage (BESS).
THE IMPACT
The funds raised will support ZE Energy's growth over the next two years, in particular for its expansion in Europe.
By the end of 2026, ZE Energy aims to have over 900 MW of photovoltaic projects and 600 MWh of storage in operation or ready for construction.
