FRA presents its updated guide on national independent mechanisms to Czech authorities
On 17 and 18 September, FRA attended a seminar organised by the UN Refugee Agency and the Czech Public Defender of Rights.
They discussed practical fundamental rights issues arising in the context of the work of the Foreigners' Police.
FRA spoke on a panel focusing on the EU's Asylum and Migration Pact.
It presented its updated guide on national independent mechanisms, issued to support Member States in complying with the new requirements under the Pact.
