Des Allemands Man Arrested for Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material

St. Charles - In May of 2024, the Louisiana State Police Special Victims Unit (LSP-SVU) began an investigation into an individual suspected of possessing child pornography residing in St. Charles Parish. The investigation ultimately resulted in the arrest of 35-year-old Jacob K. Breaux of Des Allemands.

On September 23, 2024, Investigators executed search and arrest warrants at a residence belonging to Breaux in Des Allemands. Breaux was arrested and charged with Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material under the age of 13 (50 counts) and Possession of Marijuana. He was booked into the Nelson Coleman Correctional Facility. This case remains active and is ongoing. No further information is available at this time.
